About AMP Academy

AMP Academy is an online school for modern pastry. We work with working chefs who teach the same techniques they use in professional kitchens, recorded in a format you can follow at home or in your own workspace.

What we offer

• Technique videos that zoom in on one move or method when you do not need a full course.
• Recipe walkthroughs for finished desserts and bakes, so you can see the whole process end to end.
• A bilingual product interface in English and Sinhala, so the platform works the way you prefer even when a class is taught in one language.

How we are different

We care about clarity and craft. Chefs are vetted, content is reviewed for safety and quality, and progress is tied to what you actually watch, not a timer you can game.
